Dapur Chef Wahn (Chocolate Caramel Cookies)


Puan-puan dirumah...cewah..siapkan pen dan kertas yea~(ala ala Chef Wan)


INGREDIENTS
1 cup butter (no substitutes), softened
17 tablespoons sugar, divided
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup baking cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup chopped pecans, divided
1 (13 ounce) package Rolo candies

DIRECTIONS
1)In a mixing bowl, cream butter, 1 cup sugar and brown sugar. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. 2)Combine flour, cocoa and baking soda; add to the creamed mixture and beat just until combined. Stir in 1/2 cup pecans.
3)Shape dough by tablespoonfuls around each candy. In a small bowl, combine remaining pecans and sugar; dip each cookie halfway. Place with nut side up on ungreased baking sheets.
4)Bake at 375 degrees F for 7-10 minutes or until top is slightly cracked. Cool for 3 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.

Dan (ingatlah), ketika kami belah laut untukmu, lalu kami selamatkan kamu dan kami tenggelamkan (Fir’aun) dan pengikut-pengikutnya sedang kamu sendiri menyaksikan (QS 2:50).Dan kami memungkinkan Bani Israil melintasi laut, lalu mereka diikuti oleh Fir’aun dan bala tentaranya, Karena hendak menganiaya dan menindas (mereka); hingga bila Fir’aun itu Telah hampir tenggelam berkatalah dia: “Saya percaya bahwa tidak ada Tuhan melainkan Tuhan yang dipercayai oleh Bani Israil, dan saya termasuk orang-orang yang berserah diri (kepada Allah)” (QS 10:90).Dan Sesungguhnya Telah kami wahyukan kepada Musa: “Pergilah kamu dengan hamba-hamba-Ku (Bani Israil) di malam hari, Maka buatlah untuk mereka jalan yang kering dilaut itu[933], kamu tak usah khawatir akan tersusul dan tidak usah takut (akan tenggelam)”. (QS 20:77)Maka Fir’aun dengan bala tentaranya mengejar mereka, lalu mereka ditutup oleh laut yang menenggelamkan mereka. (QS 20:78)Lalu kami wahyukan kepada Musa: “Pukullah lautan itu dengan tongkatmu”. Maka terbelahlah lautan itu dan tiap-tiap belahan adalah seperti gunung yang besar. (QS 26:63)
Anda mungkin masih ingat dengan kisah Nabi Musa yang bersama kaumnya diperintahkan oleh Allah untuk meninggalkan Mesir. Ketika telah sampai di tepi Laut Merah, Allah memerintahkan Nabi Musa untuk memukulkan tongkatnya hingga laut luas yang berada di hadapan mereka terbelah membentuk jalan dengan dua dinding air yang tinggi. Pernahkah anda membayangkan betapa dahsyatnya kejadian tersebut?

Baiklah, sekarang mari kita coba untuk melihat lebih jauh ke lokasi tempat Nabi Musa dan para pengikutnya menyeberang menurut para ahli tersebut. Lokasi penyeberangan diperkirakan berada di Teluk Aqaba di Nuwaybi. Kedalaman maksimum perairan di sekitar lokasi penyeberangan adalah 800 meter di sisi ke arah Mesir dan 900 meter di sisi ke arah Arab. Sementara itu di sisi utara dan selatan lintasan penyeberangan (garis merah) kedalamannya mencapai 1500 meter. Kemiringan laut dari Nuwaybi ke arah Teluk Aqaba sekitar 1/14 atau 4 derajat, sementara itu dari Teluk Nuwaybi ke arah daratan Arab sekitar 1/10 atau 6 derajat. Jarak antara Nuwaybi ke Arab sekitar 1800 meter (menurut peta dari MSN Encarta bahkan sekitar 10 km). Lebar lintasan dimana laut terbelah diperkirakan 900 meter.
Dapatkah anda membayangkan berapa gaya yang diperlukan untuk dapat menyibakkan air laut hingga memiliki lebar lintasan 900 meter dengan jarak 1800 meter pada kedalaman perairan yang rata-rata mencapai ratusan meter untuk waktu yang cukup lama mengingat pengikut Nabi Musa yang menurut sejarah berjumlah ribuan? (menurut tulisan lain diperkirakan jaraknya mencapai 7 km, dengan jumlah pengikut Nabi Musa sekitar 600.000 orang dan waktu yang ditempuh untuk menyeberang sekitar 4 jam).
Menurut sebuah perhitungan diperkirakan diperlukan tekanan (gaya per satuan luas) sebesar 2.800.000 Newton/m2 atau setara dengan tekanan yang kita terima jika menyelam di laut hingga kedalaman 280 meter. Atau jika kita kaitkan dengan kecepatan angin, maka akan melebihi kecepatan angin pada saat terjadi Hurikan. Atau jika mengacu kepada perhitungan seorang pakar dari Rusia yang bernama Volzinger, diperlukan hembusan angin dengan kecepatan konstan 30 meter/detik (108 km/jam) sepanjang malam. Sungguh dahsyat bukan? Allah Maha Besar.

Simple Cheesecake (Desert for Berbuka or Raye!!)


What You Need!

1-3/4 cups HONEY MAID Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/3 cup margarine or butter, melted
1-1/4 cups sugar, divided
3 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 can (21 oz.) cherry pie filling

Make It!
1)PREHEAT oven to 350°F if using a silver 8- or 9-inch springform pan (or to 325°F if using a dark nonstick 8- or 9-inch springform pan). Mix graham cracker crumbs, margarine and 1/4 cup of the sugar. Press firmly onto bottom and 2-1/2 inches up side of pan; set aside.
2)BEAT cream cheese and the remaining 1 cup sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add sour cream and vanilla; mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating on low speed after each addition just until blended. Pour into crust.
3)BAKE 1 hour to 1 hour 10 min. or until center is almost set. Turn oven off. Open oven door slightly. Let cheesecake set in oven 1 hour. Remove cheesecake from oven; cool completely.

4)Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. Loosen cheesecake from rim of pan; remove rim. Top cheesecake with pie filling just before serving. Store leftover cheesecake in refrigerator.

Malam 1. Kelebihan Solat Tarawih Malam Pertama Diampuni dosa orang-orang yang beriman sebagaimana keadaannya baru dilahirkan.
Malam 2. Kelebihan Solat Tarawih Malam Kedua Diampunkan dosa orang-orang yang beriman yang mengerjakan solat Tarawih, serta dosa-dosa kedua ibubapanya.
Malam 3. Kelebihan Solat Tarawih Malam Ketiga Para malaikat di bawah 'Arasy menyeru kepada manusia yang mengerjakan solat Tarawih itu agar meneruskan solatnya pada malam-malam yang lain, semoga Allah akan mengampunkan dosa-dosa mereka.
Malam 4. Kelebihan Solat Tarawih Malam Keempat Orang-orang yang mengerjakan solat Tarawih akan memperolehi pahala sebagaimana pahala yang diperolehi oleh orang-orang yang membaca kitab-kitab Taurat, Zabur, Injil dan Al-Quran.
Malam 5. Kelebihan Solat Tarawih Malam Kelima Allah SWT akan mengurniakan pahala seumpama pahala orang-orang yang mengerjakan sembahyang di Masjidil Haram, Masjidil Madinah dan Masjidil Aqsa.
Malam 6. Kelebihan Solat Tarawih Malam Keenam Allah S.W.T akan mengurniakan kepadanya pahala seumpama pahala malaikat-malaikat yang bertawaf di Baitul Makmur serta setiap batu dan tanah berdoa untuk keampunan orang-orang yang mengerjakan tarawih malam itu.
Malam 7. Kelebihan Solat Tarawih Malam Ketujuh Seolah-olah ia dapat bertemu dengan Nabi Musa a.s serta menolong Nabi itu menentang musuhnya Fir’aun dan Hamman.
Malam 8. Kelebihan Solat Tarawih Malam Kelapan Allah S.W.T mengurniakan pahala orang yang bersolat tarawih sebagaimana pahala yang dikurniakan kepada Nabi Ibrahim a.s.
Malam 9. Kelebihan Solat Tarawih Malam Kesembilan Allah S.W.T akan mengurniakan pahala dan dinaikkan mutu ibadat hamba-Nya seperti Nabi Muhammad s.a.w.
Malam 10. Kelebihan Solat Tarawih Malam Kesepuluh Allah SWT mengurniakan kepadanya kebaikan dunia dan akhirat.

Ramadhan Special (How to cook chicken curry in 10 minutes)


Ingredients:
3 tablespoons (45 mL) of olive oil
an onion (medium)
14 oz (400 g) of chicken fillet
2 garlic cloves
1 chili (green)
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of turmeric
1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon of ground coriander
1 teaspoon of tomato purée
1/4 teaspoon of garam masala (or a teaspoon of curry paste)
2 tablespoons (30 mL) of double cream


Steps:
1)Get bowls and cut the vegetables really small. Just remember that the smaller something is, the faster it cooks. You'll want the garlic cloves, onion, and chili to be finely chopped.
If you want the curry to be less spicy, take out more chili seeds. You can always omit the chili if necessary or wanted.
2)Get a clean chopping board and also chop your chicken into small pieces. Just be sure that you wash your hands after cutting the raw chicken before moving onto the next step.
3)Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and cook both the onions and chicken pieces over medium heat. Cook them for about 5 to 7 minutes, so that the chicken is cooked thoroughly.
4)Add the chili and garlic. Leave it on medium heat and keep stirring.
5)Add the rest of the ingredients. Also, add the 2 tablespoons of double cream. Mix and cook everything together, then remove from the heat.
6)Serve the chicken curry with naan bread or rice.


Tips:

To check if the chicken has been cooked thoroughly, take a piece from the pan and set it on a plate or cutting board. Use a fork and a knife to cut a slit. If the inside is white, it is cooked. If it's not, put the piece back in the pan and cook the mixture for a little longer.

15-Minute Vanilla Rice Pudding (utk bulan puase)


What You Need
3 cups milk, divided
1 cup instant white rice, uncooked
1/3 cup raisins (optional)
1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding

Make It
BRING 1 cup of the milk to boil in medium saucepan. Stir in rice and raisins; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
MEANWHILE, prepare pudding as directed on package with remaining 2 cups milk.
ADD rice mixture to prepared pudding; stir. Cover surface of pudding with plastic wrap; cool 5 minutes. Stir. Serve warm or chilled.

Diet During Ramadhan..


According to Sunna (the practices of Prophet Muhammad, Pbuh) and research findings referred in this report, a dietary plan is given:
1. Bread/Cereal/Rice, Pasta, Biscuits and Cracker Group: 6-11 servings/day; 2. Meat/Beans/ Nut Group: 2-3 servings/day. 3. Milk and Milk Product Group: 2-3 servings/day. 4. Vegetable Group: 3-5 servings/day; 5. Fruit Group: 2-4 servings/day. 6. Added sugar (table sugar, sucrose): sparingly. 7. Added fat, polyunsaturated oil 4-7 table spoons.

Breakfast, iftar: Dates, three Juice, 1 serving (4 oz.) Vegetable soup with some pasta or graham crackers, 1 cup
The body's immediate need at the time of iftar is to get an easily available energy source in the form of glucose for every living cell, particularly the brain and nerve cells. Dates and juices are good sources of sugars. Dates and juice in the above quantity are sufficient to bring low blood glucose levels to normal levels. Juice and soup help maintain water and mineral balance in the body. An unbalanced diet and too many servings of sherbets and sweets with added sugar have been found to be unhealthy, Gumma et al. (7).

Dinner: Consume foods from all the following food groups:
Meat/Bean Group: Chicken, beef, lamb, goat, fish, 1-2 servings (serving size = a slice =1 oz); green pea, chickpea (garbanzo, chana, humus), green gram, black gram, lentil, lima bean and other beans, 1 serving (half cup). Meat and beans are a good source of protein, minerals, and certain vitamins. Beans are a good source of dietary fiber, as well.
Bread/Cereal Group: Whole wheat bread, 2 servings (serving size = 1 oz) or cooked rice, one cup or combination. This group is a good source of complex carbohydrates, which are a good source of energy and provide some protein, minerals, and dietary fiber.
Milk Group: milk or butter-milk (lassi without sugar), yogurt or cottage cheese (one cup). Those who can not tolerate whole milk must try fermented products such as butter-milk and yogurt. Milk and dairy products are good sources of protein and calcium, which are essential for body tissue maintenance and several physiological functions.
Vegetable Group: Mixed vegetable salad, 1 serving (one cup), (lettuce, carrot, parsley, cucumber, broccoli, coriander leaves, cauliflower or other vegetables as desired.) Add 2 teaspoons of olive oil or any polyunsaturated oil and 2 spoons of vinegar. Polyunsaturated fat provides the body with essential fatty acids and keto acids. Cooked vegetables such as guar beans, French beans, okra (bhindi), eggplant (baigan), bottle gourd (loki), cabbage, spinach, 1 serving (4 oz). Vegetables are a good source of dietary fiber, vitamin A, carotene, lycopenes, and other phytochemicals, which are antioxidants. These are helpful in the prevention of cancer, cardiovascular diseases, and many other health problems.
Fruits Group: 1-2 servings of citrus and/or other fruits. Eat fruits as the last item of the dinner or soon after dinner, to facilitate digestion and prevent many gastrointestinal problems. Citrus fruits provide vitamin C. Fruits are a good source of dietary fiber.
Fruits and mixed nuts may be eaten as a snack after dinner or tarawiaha or before sleep.

Pre-dawn Meal (Sahur):
Consume a light sahur. Eat whole wheat or oat cereal or whole wheat bread, 1-2 serving with a cup of milk. Add 2-3 teaspoons of olive oil or any other monounsaturated or polyunsaturated fats in a salad or the cereal. Eat 1-2 servings of fruits, as a last item.


Further suggestions:
1)Drink sufficient water between Iftar and sleep to avoid dehydration.
2)Consume sufficient vegetables at meal s. Eat fruits at the end of the meal.
3)Avoid intake of high sugar (table sugar, sucrose) foods through sweets or other forms.
4)Avoid spicy foods.
5)Avoid caffeine drinks such as coke, coffee or tea. Caffeine is a diuretic. Three days to five days before Ramadan gradually reduce the intake of these drinks. A sudden decrease in caffeine prompts headaches, mood swings and irritability.
6)Smoking is a health risk factor. Avoid smoking cigarettes. If you cannot give up smoking, cut down gradually starting a few weeks before Ramadan. Smoking negatively affects utilization of various vitamins, metabolites and enzyme systems in the body.

Currently my old band Culturebreed (1. ridhuan: lead vocal,guitars 2. wunk(me): lead guitar 3. anoy: bassist,back-up vocal 4. norman: drum,percussion) is no longer exist..Due to others commitment..nevertheless, i have already join the new band called People Against The Rule (P.A.T.R)...bunyik mcm rage against the machine la plak haha..and my new position as rhythm guitar (posisi yg i do like most!!)..line up masih fresh lg, my old fren ms matrik dl, mizi a.k.a ATP as lead guitar (die mmg terer shreding guitar!!), bassist, botak..(member mizi,tp die part time jek), drum, adie..(member st kelas ak..die terer gle ngentak kaki kat double-paddle)..currently,ktorg men lagu2 cover jek dl..(mcm band Five Finger Death Punch, Spineshank, Soulfly, Machine Head, Korn)..tp kebizian i lg myebabkan xde mase nk trademark sndri..xpe2,diorg sgt brsabar dgn i..haha..emm,setup msih seperti biase,tp kali ni da xgune guitar Ibanez, gne SX-SG (drop B)..effect plak mcm biase, flanger,distortion, wah-wah (cry baby), delay...cume mizi ade tmbhan melodical pedal..enough said, tggu jek la lagu yg ktorg buat nnt!!
