June: - PhD proposal accepted
- Accepted; Arabian Journal of Chemistry
- Sent my thesis for book publisher (Lambert Academic Publishing, Germany)
- Contract as substitute teacher ended
July: - Applying MyBrain15 (MyPhD) Scholarship
- Start PhD labwork
August: - MyPhD scholarship approved
September: - Registered as PhD student
- Hard copy received (book publication)
- Went to Medan, holiday with family-in-law (to-be)
October: - Received my 1st PhD allowance, meeting Salmiah's family to decide date
November: - Received my 2nd PhD allowance, buying marriage stuff
December: - Interview with the French Embassy (Dr. Mathieu Guerin), success
- Major plan for wedding on March 2012
- Summarized my PhD work (after 5 month), going well so far
